Today we had a meeting with the PO to discuss the current state of the project as well as its future. This gave us even clearer goals as we got a more precise picture of what is expected of us and what the PO wishes.
The meeting also resulted in a brief sprint planning session, through which the product backlog and the sprint backlog were updated. Additionally, we made a plan for the first sprint according to the PO's priority list.
